It gets better. The initial United order has a full value of $1 billion, with options for another $500 million worth of Archer eVTOLs in the future. Yet Archer Aviation’s market cap fluctuates around 500 million. Oh, and Archer’s founder and CEO sold his positions at rock bottom and walked away a few months ago. This sounds totally legit.
Wall Street doesn’t believe this is legit. Just free good press for United.

All this eVTOL stuff falls in the category of "I'll believe it when I see it" in my mind. The Feds haven't even figured out how to regulate it yet. And what will be the min pilot quals?
Archer Aviation stock down 90% from when United announced their partnership and order. Investor sediment says it’s all smoke a mirrors.
