It’s more the weight of almost 19M extra people, their houses and stuff. Since FL isn’t an island it won’t totally sink or capsize like Guam but probably bend down at the end by Miami and possibly go under.

Whatever we want the global climate to do.... we are completely capable of changing it in whatever way we want. Ice caps melting? Yeah, we can totally stop that.

Bush opened it up to the free market to decide. However, there is no future for nuclear if wind and solar are a large part of the power grid. In fact, most countries will be increasing their coal burning reliance with solar and wind. FWIW, the Trump tax cuts are the only thing that kept the Vogtle 3/4 project from going Tango Uniform.
