Default Flying After a TBI

Hey Guys, back in May I was in a bad car accident and the result was a TBI. I was in the hospital and rehab for about two months, and now I’m fully back to normal doing everything I used to do. I went to my medical and passed a first class medical with him but he said the Faa wants me to send my medical records in to them, what do you guys think will result in it. I’ve been flying corporate and want to go to the airlines in July. Please give me some insight thanks.

I have a friend who was out for several years after an accident like that. How the FAA handles will depend on the medical specifics (my friend was in a coma).

If it gets denied, you should probably get specialist advice from an aero medical consultant.
