Default 2018 Women in Aviation Confrence

The 2018 WAI Conference is March 22-24 in Reno. Their website says they are not offering FastPasses but will be doing large group hiring briefings. Does this mean that you will not be able to have 1-1 time with legacy carriers?

Is registration open? I am not a registration option but don't know if that is because registration is not open or it is not available to non-WAI members.

Default one on one

I noticed they are doing away with the one on one interviews and doing a group session. Am I reading this correctly?

Apparently no more fastpass, only hiring briefs. I called and asked if they were going to stream line people in line for each carrier at the exhibit hall in order to shake hands with a recruiter and drop resumes, she said no, they weren’t expecting airlines to be taking resumes at the exhibit hall. She didn’t sound too convinced.

Can anybody from SWA, DAL, AA, UPS, Fedex, United, etc, confirm whether any of them will be taking resumes?

Thx.

Anyone know if they will be accepting resumes at WAI this trying. Trying to decide if it will be worth attending.
