What kind of shoes are you guys at the airlines wearing? Would want something non metal for security and comfortable enough to wear on a layover.
Just went through my last pair and trying to see what’s out there.
Also, for conversation, what are some things that y’all couldn’t go without on a trip?

Someone else recommended those for me last week. How do you know if they don’t have metal in them?

I wear Timberland Chelsea boots and love them. Johnston & Murphy make a very nice pair as well. My next pair will be RM Williams, but that'll be an upgrade gift to myself (they're about $500).
I don't go on a layover without running shoes and a handheld hydration pack.

Other items:
1. Extension chord. Sometimes the outlets at hotels aren’t where you want them.
2. Pajama bottoms. More comfy for lounging in your room (and sometimes I’m not so sure about the bed linens ).
3. JBL bluetooth speaker. I have a small one that costs about $50 on Amazon.
