If you have a green card or permanent resident status, and a foreign passport, it shouldn't be a problem, provided that you can travel to the countries that the airline serves.

I know several crewmembers that were canadian citizens with dual nationality (US), but only held a canadian passport.

I have a green card and UK passport and never had a problem until I was offered an interview at Evergreen. The list of documents to bring to the Evergreen interview included a US passport, so as I always have before I sent a quick e-mail to the recruiter to make sure a green card/foreign passport was acceptable. Unfortunately Evergreen DO require US citizenship due to the military stuff they do, so that ended up a dead-end for me. Never been an issue anywhere else though.

So...you should be fine, but probably best to verify beforehand.
