Yup. Post said "if you're not doing it for the $300K salary." That's not a given. People jumping in just for the pay, and of course the glamor, are looking at hearbreak.

You need to make a decision and attempt to execute it. You have multiple threads where you have asked similar questions and still are not moving forward. In a previous thread you mentioned being involved in a FAR part 141 program, it didn’t go well. Why? You should have a pretty good idea about costs and someone should have given you the numbers (they) figured to finish their school. If this is too much, then look to the cheaper options at a local part 61 flight school. No one can tell you “what to do”, this is totally your call. Your motivation, or lack their of, will determine whether you are still asking advice a year from now of the same questions. Help financing is something you need to look at internally, aka, parents. You really don’t want to get involved with something akin to what ATP sells it’s prospective students, and in any case, I don’t think their lender would offer you terms with your current student debt. Make a plan, share it with people you trust that can help you realize your dreams. Keep in mind, some will never provide either the moral or financial help. When in doubt, look within.
