Tips for finding a good mentor for advice and guidance? Honestly just looking to connect with some people who really love flying, and bonus points if you're already working at an airline and I can pick your brain. Feel free to message me directly, or respond here on any tips on where to find the right people. Thanks in advance.

Looking for anyone who has any tips for properly preparing for the United Aviate Academy interview. I don't have any hours logged towards my PPL yet, so I'd be going in very green. But I'm very excited at the prospect of being able to follow my dreams of becoming an airline pilot at United! Any and all help is appreciated.

Probably harder today, when I started I got a job as a line boy at a small airport in CT. As it turns out, there were a few airline pilots that hang out for the coffee and friends. Over the three years in college, I learned a lot from them on weekends and summers, gassing planes, sweeping the hangars, washing the trainers, etc. Several airline captains owned planes and gave me a chance to fly with them--immeasurably valuable lessons with only a hundred hours.
