PRD

I was wondering if anybody has filled this out recently?

Any details? Is it required for all pilots applying to 121/135?

PRD isn’t really something you “fill out” as a pilot. It replaces PRIA, so anyone that used to pull that info will pull PRD info.
PRD includes information of training
/checking failures, violations, LOIs, suspensions and revocations.

Thanks....that is the general consensus with other pilots at my company.

You should have a login to check the information (if there is any) and when you change jobs you will be asked to login and give the new employer permission to pull the information about you. Seems to be much easier and less time consuming than PRIA, and you can go verify the information whenever you want.

Yeah you give consent for whatever company to view your data, say for how many days you give consent, hit the button.

I THINK there still is paperwork for your NDR (driving records) and drug testing that gets signed off and sent however

Activate your account, and check all of the data in PRD for accuracy. Keep doing that every couple of months until you complete probation at your career destination airline.

I like PRD better than PRIA for sure, since you can see all the info live and know exactly what employers will see.

Worth noting... while PRIA is now superseded by PRD, not everyone seems to have gotten the word... there are still reports of airlines sending the old PRIA forms to past employers, and some employers will still respond (bureaucratic inertia I guess).
