With that said, I never brought it up in the interview, not because I was scared but because that is all they asked me. I am all for 100% honesty but at the same time I was not going to bring up something that happened 7 months earlier knowing it was not a reflection of who I really am. They never asked me about it and I never brought it up. Even though I was nervous about it after the interview, I got hired and went through training with nothing ever being brought up. If you were convicted, definitely bring it up but all my friends I talked to about it told me not to bring it up in my interview unless they asked. My 2 cents. Good luck man!
Absolutely do not reveal adverse info if they do not ask, no point in that unless the circumstances were really unusual.

What about a traffic ticket? I got one about a 2 years ago and went to traffic school so it won't show up on my record, would I still tell them I got a ticket?

Depends on how they word it. If they ask if you got any tickets, you should probably be honest. If they ask about convictions, you may not have to admit it if your state does not count traffic school as a conviction.

If it's just a minor ticket and you don't have many, then honesty is probably safest if in doubt.

oh and a DUI is no problem at ASA as long as you own up to it. They never even asked about it other than the pre-interview screen.

What are the chances a Public Intoxication (alcohol) 1 year ago will hurt me with the regional? Should I try and spend the money to get sealed or just let it be?

- Those ERAU dopes last year, good one.

For me, as far as the Public Intoxication, as long as you didn't operate a vehicle AND you can explain that this 'activity' did not cause you to miss work or an assignment, I wouldn't sweat it.

Get a copy of your NDR record (National Driver Record-for SERIOUS stuff).

THen you'll know what's on them.

Hi!

I live in WI, and in WI, the driver record shows all the citations (plus accidents, even if they're not your fault!!!) for the past 5 years, unless it's an alchohol-related infraction, then it's at least 10 years.

I have lived in multiple states, and have multiple tickets (no alchohol-related ones) that are so old and/or old and not from WI, that don't show on my record.

I don't know the details/years, etc. on these old tickets.

I read, several places, that these citations CAN be found somehow.

I can't access them, so what should I do?
