No, it won't have any impact on your chances of being hired. In fact, it won't (or shouldn't) even come up in an interview setting unless you offer it. Technically, you may have to disclose it on your medical if you are seeing a licensed doctor - but that information is between your AME and the FAA....Should he/she choose to report it. (My understanding is they have a choice.)
I can't see where it would be a factor with regard to hiring.
