Interviewed with my times
I had an interview with Great Lakes recently, but I'd like to apply to other places. I have 800TT and 50 Multi. Are there any other commuters that I can apply to that would interview me? I'm one class short from completing my 4 year degree. Looking at Eagle in particular

Apply everywhere. Some won't call, some will. But don't disregard a place just because you're 50 short on the multi (which you will be a lot of places).
From what I can guess, the places that use AirlineApps use a lot of automatic filtering. I met the flight time mins for most of the places on there (Eagle, ASA, Colgan, etc) when I originally applied, but only had a second class medical. Had my apps on there for a couple months then upgraded my medical for an interview at my current job and got emails from the others within a week.
If you have an email for HR, or a contact in the company, use it. Don't be the guy who just has his resume in a stack of a thousand other resumes if you can avoid it.

I think Mesaba is 75, I might be wrong. I know of a guy who interviewed at Ameriflight with less than 50ME not too long ago (part 135 mins on the TT). I would assume in the coming months if hiring remains constant that the ME requirements might be lowered.

Take the lakes job if offered. In a few months you'll have 1000+, several hundred ME turbine, and 121 experience. Then move on to who really want to work for. Maybe a PITA but easier than chasing piston ME time.

Don't forget the 15 month/$7,500 training contract at Lakes. May not be so easy to quickly accrue hours and then move on...unless you have extra cash laying around to pay off the reamining time on the contract.
