Default Aircraft occurences

Looking over a preinterview supplement for an airline and it asks you to list (in separate sections) all aircraft accidents, incidents, and occurrences. What is an aircraft occurrence and how does it differ from the other two?

Default Occurence == Non US Accident/Incident???

SWAG, but google returned a PDF link to an "accident" in Jamaica that was called an "occurrence".

I could be and most probably am wrong.

Sounds to me like bait... see what you have to offer which may not fit into the accident or incident column. I wouldn't list any occurences.
