I live where I work (don't commute) & am on reserve. I get a minimum of 11 days a month off & so far for the month if February I've only flown 4 days. However, in January I flew 17 days. Like others have said, it varies.

Feb is the slow month (also Oct). Sometimes worth rolling the dice for some pad time off if you live in base.
