Default Logging inst and night

Hey guys random question here. I stopped logging instrument and night time once I was at a 121. Already had the ATP mins. Do I just put down my really low numbers on my resume compared to my total time. Or is taking a guess of say maybe 5% a month on both work?

Tough call. I would say don't put down any numbers on apps or resumes that you cannot show in your logbook. That said you could make a note to the effect that your night and instrument time are estimated as such and such.

Probably better to explain why you didn't log than try to explain why you put unsubstantiated flight times on an application.
