Default career abroad the best way ?

Hey guys I'm a 28 yo commercial pilot with 275 tt about to do multi add on. I'm wondering about pursuing this career overseas and wether or not it's a bad idea ? my long term goals are to see the world and have a challenging / fulfilling career. Id like to fly large equiptment if possible. Getting paid very well to do it would be ideal but im willing to accept a healthly liveable wage for a better QOL.

It seems like most big airlines abroad want an ATP, 2000 hours and 500 jet for FO positions. There are Second officer positions at Cathay but you run the risk of these hours not counting if you have to leave.
Copa hires into the 737 at 1000 hours which could be good as well.

My plan has been get to ATP mins go to the regionals for a year than move abroad into an FO position at a company that is known to upgrade expats. But I've been warned overseas is a mine field like the US. Expecially airline training / operating culture.
If I stayed in the US My ideal airline would be Hawaiian.

I don't want to waste my thirties chasing the carrot to make 200k in my 50s. I'd much rather have life experiences, though not make bad career moves that will get me stuck. some day when I'm older I'd like to be based in a place I can live a simple life off the land and fly half the time.

Any advice on good career routes?

For copa as an FO you might as well stay in the regionals, terrible pay and you have to pay for your certificate re validation in panama. Only captains get that paid for.
