Centerline Interview Prep
I was hired recently by my first choice regional airline, and I used Centerline to prepare for the interview. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the interview process and their expertise in evaluating and improving performance. They are very friendly, positive, and encouraging. Their feedback during the two sessions were invaluable for helping me prepare for the questions that were asked in the panel interview. They are flexible with their schedules and will work with you as much as is necessary. I would definitely recommend Centerline to anyone preparing for any airline interview.

Thanks for the update. Interview prep is HIGHLY recommended for major airline interviews but I would probably not spend the money for a regional interview in today's market unless...
1) You have significant background issues which you need help addressing at an interview.
2) You are very selective about which regional you want to work for, so you really would not want to blow that particular interview.
Other than that, any "normal" 1500+ hour pilot should be able to get hired by any regional if they study the internet gouge.
The interview prep services typically help you to present and sell yourself well; they don't prep you for the details of technical questions...you have to study that yourself regardless.

Centerline did such a great job for me, I felt that I needed to try and get the word out for them. I was just hired with Delta, and Centerline's services were invaluable. Keith at Centerline gave me the confidence I needed to make it through thie day. Here's what he did to ensure my success:
1. Went through my application line by line. He made sure that it was 100% correct in every way. Not only did this help me get the interview, but it also gave the interviewers ZERO ammunition to pick at me about. My interview only lasted about 35 minutes. A perfect application (and spotless logbooks) helped.
2. Totally revamped my resume. Didn't look at it during the interview, but definitely helped me get the invite.
3. This is the big one: Keith spent hours and hours working with me personally via Facetime. He gave me tips on how to present myself, things to watch for, and most importantly, things that the interview team are looking for. Through his guidance, I was able to maintain the frame of mind that I needed to be successful. There are thousands of questions that you can be asked in the interview, there is no way to prepare a 'canned' answer for each. Keith's method gave me the confidence to answer any of those questions with ease.
4. Lastly, Keith was always there to answer any of my stupid questions. He worked with me for nearly a year and a half, and had to answer plenty of them. I could always count on him for solid advice.
I feel so strongly that Centerline contributed to my overall success that I came on these forums that I dread to try and get the word out. They're not a huge name yet, but they should be. Check them out!
