Default Failing events in military flight school

I failed 2 flights in the T-45 syllabus. One of them was a weapons check ride. Would I have to answer yes to the following question on an airline app?

Have you ever failed flight training of any type, or failed any check ride?

Thanks!

Ryan...do a search. This has been discussed over and over. Try "Military failed checkride"

No. It was a phase check and not a NATOPS bust. Phase check rides are not real check rides.

e6bpilot is correct. Phase checks for military pilots or stage checks for civilian pilots in a Part 141 school are not busts. Only end of course checks count as official busts.

If anybody has a question about your application please send us an email or PM. Good luck.

I asked United this question on their military webinar and they said to say yes. Take that for what it's worth.
