Company Suspension in my Closet
I was suspended from line ops for 14 days for a company policy violation (flight ops related) over 5+ years ago at my current 121 regional. Obviously not something I'm happy with having in my past.
Does anyone get hired with a company (non-FAA related) suspension on their app? There aren't any company records of it in my file and nothing on the FAA side either. I've had several people tell me to not disclose it since there isn't a paper record of it anymore, and I know disclosing it has got to really hurt my chances of getting hired anytime soon.
But I don't wanna always be looking back over my shoulder, worried about my new employer finding it if I ever do get hired at a major someday. Anyone out there know of anyone, or have personal experience landing a job with that in their closet?
Thanks.

Call Centerline, Emerald Coast, Cage etc and ask their advice.
Clearly, honesty is the best policy, however......
Call your company's Pilot Records Manager and ask for a copy of your PRIA record. Ask him/her to go over it with you. Ask them if they have any record of the suspension and what they can/will tell a prospective employer.
With all of that info, make your decision.
