Default MEM airport hotel rec?

Fellow FedEx freight dogs:

I'm needing a hotel near the MEM airport coming up soon, and I was wondering what you could recommend? I'll be jumpseating in on your SAN-MEM bird, and would prefer a hotel that will make pick-ups at your operations in the early morning hours.

Thanks in advance!

Freight Dog, Be careful after dark, we don't call it the Hollow Point Inn for nothing. Also for $10 extra you can stay in the executive building in the back. It's a little quieter than the main building.

It's a lot quieter than the building close to the runways!!! Definitely go for the extra $10, and let them know if you need the 24hr rate (way late checkout).

Airport Radisson. Slightly more secure and I've found it to be quieter than the Holiday Inn. 24 hour rate last I checked.

You beat me to it.

Also, for those with discerning taste looking for a less pricy alternative, there's always the Knight's Inn just down the street. Not as scary than it looks, and 35 dolla I believe, ask for the airline rate.
