CE750, what do you think of Gemini now that you been there a few months?

WG... We have 3 per cockpit as well, 525 pilots for 43 airplanes and I can tell you we arent short on crews.

Hard to tell yet.. All I've done is training which has been long, but pretty straight forward and comprehensive. From what I've seen, it's a good company (from the pilot managers down), made up of good people, who do their best to work together. It's a bit short staffed at the main office (well, more than a bit), which is due to the BK cost cutting measure which I think are going a bit far, which is sad as the profits are good enough to justify better staffing, which could actually raise profits in the long run and keep moral high with the guys at the headshed.

Overall, it's a good outfit.. With lots of potential though. Need a good 30-35% raise across the board for pilots however to remain somewhat competitive and keep pilots from leaving like they've been doing.

CE... You are with Gemini? Have you come across the names Larry Schaedel or Roy Spencer there?

That works out to 4 crews per a/c for you. That must work for your type of route structure and schedule. Doesn't work for ours.

I think it's because you guys, and us (Gemini) work a similar mission... we "deploy" for 14-17 days at a time, and fly very long haul trips to anywhere from anywhere like traditional ACMI.. They operate more like a hub and spoke with crew bases, etc like a Fedex or UPS..
