As a similarly junior FO feeding and sheltering a family on no more than my meager income, I most certainly do care. But if his objective is to drive me out the door, he's doing a fine job.

As far as they're concern, they like to see new contracts signed for reliability porpuses. They know the pilot shortage it's only gonna get worst, so I'm sure they'll like to see some fair contracts as to avoid massive exodus that could disrrupt their ops.

The myth :"the cheaper the pilots, the more business we give you" went out the window when KALITTA signed more airplanes for DHL just after they reached a new contract with their pilots with a significant pay increase.

You may be right but I believe there is far more "operational control" exercised by these entities than we, the governing authority or the shareholders are aware of or will admit. Time will tell as to the extent of their ambitions with regard to certification, obviously DHL as a foreign entity are limited by law but Amazon could front the operation and still serve the combined interests.

Amazon most certainly will make a move. Probably not too soon unless they're are forced to by the escalating nonsense these contracted companies are bringing upon themselves. Whichever direction they take, someone it's gonna to get hurt pretty bad. For better or worse, AMZN it's reshaping many industries. This one won't be the exception.

Any businessman knows it’s supply and demand. If you pay, they will come, and they are knocking the doors down at K4. If it wasn’t for pilots being held hostage by seniority position, the companies playing silly games with pay would be long gone.

Bluff or not, like I said, if his objective is to drive me out the door, it's working. I had an interview two days ago, and I'm expecting a call for another soon.

Regardless of the future of this company, I have no interest in working at a place where management thinks such tactics are useful, or where anyone thinks the race to the bottom is one they want to win.

I have enjoyed working with the professionals at ABX. They take pride in getting the job done and doing it right. I have never seen anybody cut corners or let something slide just to get out on time. Management would do well to realize the value of what they have and stop playing stupid games in an effort to get something for nothing.

good luck Reactivity ...I'm looking to get out as well...I can't believe the opportunities this company had to growth ABX and did everything to sunk it just out of spite.
