So, I just talked to two other FOs that have been here less than a year and yes, they do bust guys out of initial. Not many, but they do. One guy I was told was super friendly, but just couldn't get it so he went back to the 737 at another company. He is a rarity though, for the other guys that bust there is usually an attitude issue involved.

Yes we do downgrade here from time to time also.

Lol yes, to be fair we have a few that refuse to eat the catering also, except for the yummy fruit trays.
