Default UPS/FedEx Interview Prep.

I have seen it before (but unable to find) info about interview prep for both UPS and FedEx. Any Help would be great.

Emerald Coast Interviews Find it on the web. Ask for one of the interviewers that works for FEDEX.

You can also contact Albief15 on here. I did it earlier this month and it was totally worth it. We started at about 0830 and finished at about 1900. Highly recommend.

I ain't the only guy on the team, and our team ain't the only game in town. That aside--we've helped a lot of folks in a lot of places the last few years...

I used Emerald Coast for the interview prep and sim...both were great and I met some good guys I still keep in touch with. I know it is tough to know when you may get "the call", but one point I'd like to add is to do the interview prep early (3-6 months prior) so you can work on your answers and recall past flying/work stories. I thought I'd be fine and just do the prep when I got the call (3 week notice), however, I really had to push it into overdrive to get all my stuff together so I could deliver clear and concise answers. They will tell you what your interviewer wants to hear from you...ie..."you possess excellent flying skills, great communication skills and you are a safe and reliable pilot."
It was also good to see and hear other people in the "hot seat" so you know what a good answer and a bad answer sound like.
I also dressed up in the interview suit a couple times and had my wife grill me and recorded it on video. It pointed out a lot of little things that might annoy or bother the interviewer. Anyway, just thought I'd pass my experience along if it may help someone else.

Nice words...much appreciated...but Emerald Coast is bigger than me.

Some of the folks on staff have:

Flown C-141s around the world and into combat...
Flown as an IP on both KC-135s and F-15s....
Have retired 2-star Generals as family members...
Been FAA examiners on Gulfstream GIV and GVs...
Been an OG at an F-22 wing...
Done marketing for the downtown athletic club and been part of the Heisman ceremonies for several years...
Won multiple state and national beauty pageant titles...
Built a successful log cabin contruction and marketing company....
Bred Austrian Shepards for competitive obedience and field trials...
Been an F-15 WIC school-house IP...
Fly for Southwest Airlines...

NONE of those descriptions above are ME. My point is any success we have had has always been a team effort, and the mix of talent and diversity of experiences on the staff are what I think give the group its great record.

Again--I am not trying to turn this into an infomercial. What I'm pointing out is I am surrounded by some world class talent, and they are a huge part of the success of the whole organization. Bios and info are on the site...for those that care.

I've been blessed in a lot of ways. These folks on the staff are a big part of those blessings...
