Would be interesting to compare it with Empire.
  • Year 1 $85,020 ($1,635/wk)
  • Year 2 $86,632/yr ($1,666/wk)

MAC’s pay is usually about 15-20k lower than empire’s. So I’d guess about 65-70K. Probably closer to the 65 though.

What base?
Are they flying it as single pilot IFR or is there someone building time on the right seat?

Tallahassee to Orlando is MACs first route. Single pilot right now, though they plan to start a Pilot Development/SIC program. As they get more 408s some routes will remain single pilot and others will have SICs. Recruiter didn't mention this but my personal guess is SICs will get put on the routes with longer leg time.

SIC on the 408 for now will be only in SJU Puerto Rico. $45k to start. I heard next bases will probably be SBY and MYR. 408 PIC is around $70k to 80K for Puerto Rico.

Any idea for 408 PIC rates CONUS side?

Is there a current class for the SBY and MYR bases?

nothing on the website regarding 408 hiring.

No classes yet.
