ABX Air Latest

Any latest and greatest of ABX? Company is hiring, Full pay and Per-diem through training, Upcoming classes and continued interviewing process. Ton of retirement coming up. Any good reason why not to join?

2 767-200s coming online from Atlas. That has been it for aircraft announcements. Hiring a lot...huge classes comparatively to previously ran classes. The only reason I would be skeptical about coming here is the uncertainty. Until planes are 100% locked in, they really don’t communicate with the pilot group. Even for guys that have been here awhile there is always that bit of doubt. But who they’re hiring and why...thats another thing I don’t get.

Assuming it's pretty hot. Usually lean meats work the best when roasted, avoids flareups.

I think of roasting coffee beans. Maybe medium toast on oak barrels for wine making.

Schedule is 14 days off a month. That means 16 days of work in a 30 day month and 17 days of work in a 31 day month. You can bid for lines with all of the work in one block, or two work blocks ie; two 8 day work blocks in a month. There is something for everyone. Great work rules, good ACMI pay rates and guarantee. Senior line holders can make more than guarantee or maybe even a couple extra days off per month.
