Everyone is and no one is, according to the rumor mill. I’m sure the talk is similar at the other ATSG airlines but there’s been whispers of ATI getting some in 4-5 years. I’m sure at some point they may look to replace the 76s with some but who knows.

You have to remember that ATSG doesn't buy aircraft just for its own airlines. It has an aircraft leasing subsidiary. So the answer to "Who is gettiing them?" is CAM - Cargo Aircraft Management. Most of them will probably be leased to outside customers. They're doing this because they expect the pool of available 767s to start drying up, so they needed to figure out where to go next. From what I remember, they're not expecting to actually see one ready to lease until 2024.

Press release stated A330s were more popular in Asian an European markets. With 20 purchased and over time, could go to anyone. The articles hinted at DHL and not Amazon.
A company that loves leasing…anythings possible.
Amazon hasn’t pointed anything really at A330s, DHL more so. Interesting reads
