Don't recall my first year pay at Skywest being close to that. And I made $80k first year on the 73

If you look at wholly owned AA regional feeders they wine and dine you with bonuses. Up to 189K if I remember right.

Only got to work around 7 years to make that bonus.

I would love that. 16-17 days off, I'll take it.

Dudes out here defending regionals. Shame.

Year 1 FO at SKW and my highest month was 51.47x96. After the per diem, profit sharing, OT and 401k match paid out it almost matches your monthly guarantee. That was with 10 days off and the only widebody I got to touch was a 777 deadheading me to SFO. Gotta start somewhere and it's a lot better than it used to be for the captains I'm flying with now.

You worked harder in order to match our MMG….
Sure you want go that route and throw in OT . 92 x 96 = 8832…..

Or maybe mistook your post?

My January at Atlas is paying 215 hours as year 1 FO. Gotta start somewhere.
Bringing OT etc in play is silly if you compare it to min guarantee elsewhere.

Omni
767
3/4 year FO / $160k I worked a little OT, not much.
401(k) $20k (100% match on 5% - not very good actually)
No bonus
Extra check for the jab - 2 days min guarantee pay
129 hours block for 2021
142 days away from home.
The usual; Home based, positive space, we keep the air and hotel points.
Min Monthly Guarantee 64 Hrs. 12 bid cycles in the year.
AIMS Software
My January monthly gross is looking to be about $14k plus per diem.
Not really a Box Cargo hauler, but we are an ACMI.
We were the first US domestic 121 PAX carrier approved for the new in-seat Cargo Operations.

Is $160k include the 401k Cujo?

$160k was the gross for the year, the company portion of the 401K was $8k. So total would be $168k.
Sorry for the confusion
