UPS assessement test
 

How can I score well on this test? Any feedback on how to do well. Also, does everyone get an interview if they pass this test?

I was told that if you get the psych test, take it and pass, you know right away. If you pass, you will get called for an interview. I also think I heard that only about 3% of the people don't pass it.


Also, I think they are starting to call for interviews from the 2nd window. My buddy from World just got the assessment yesterday.

The online evaluation is an MMPI test. Just Google MMPI and read all about it.

To do well don't spend more than about 2 seconds on each question. Try to out think the thing and you will probably mess up.

Delta has used the mmpi/mmpi2 for over thirty years to determine an applicants predisposition to wearing a double breasted jacket. I would have to assume UPS is using it to see if you will go insane wearing a doodoo brown uniform.:D it looks sharp with the trench coat though.

Matches my eyes and looks better than the orange Home Depot smock I'd wear when furloughed from a pax carrier. Or putting my Mesa uniform back on. :o I'll take it!:D

Well, count me in as one of the 3% I guess - I just finished it 15 minutes ago and got this:

"We have received your responses to the UPS pilot assessments. Unfortunately, we currently have many qualified applicants and will not be able to schedule you for additional testing at this time. Thank you for your interest in UPS."
