Town Hall meeting Notice
In a continuing effort to address members' concerns regarding the MEC's action on Age 60, union leadership will be conducting an open town hall meeting on August 11th at the Germantown Centre from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. (1801 Exeter Road, Germantown, TN 38138).
Seems funny that we are having a meeting about age 60 when it's already a "done deal". But the meeting is conveniently scheduled one day after the LOA vote.
This is the type of scheduling that I have experienced in the past with Crew Scheduling. Nice timing!

You don't really think the meeting is about age 60 do you? I'm sure they will address age 60 also but ...
I suspect the "hidden purpose" of the meeting is to regroup after the LOA results are announced.
It could be quite interesting ... the big union meeting AFTER the "Parking Lot" deal was pretty interesting.

Now they are saying they "jumped the gun" on age 60 without showcasing how it positively effects jumior members.
Well to late. The cat is out of the bag.
Start representing the Crew Force instead of the old crusty few and you'll build some solidarity instead of having to do spin doctoring.
