I disagree based from their track record of not giving a damn about attrition during negotiations. They could have easily solved the attrition problem if that was their goal from get go.

That AIP was a sympathy move on Atlas management part lol.

We're talking the same Amerijet that not so long ago provided a 5 GALLON BUCKET for their crews to defecate in on trips?

Was that because of COVID and the pilots couldn't leave the aircraft or because of something else?

Covid is a more recent event.

The buckets weren't the result of a reasonable precaution.
