So ... you'll still owe them 5 Reserve days. And like someone else said, if you schedule them for after the vacation period (you can "request" that the "futures" scheduler put them anywhere) then you will be leveled for the vacation value. Or ... since you don't have a crash pad, you might want to schedule the R days before the vacation in hopes of being sent on a trip.

Just drop what's left and pick up open trips. I don't know how it is on your plane, but on the 27 panel there's has been just enough that I have spent only three nights in my crash pad in the last three months. I could have stayed in a hotel instead and saved money.
