Sometimes via job fairs, sometimes via internal postings. Lots of recommendations from crewmembers who know someone with a background that would fit will get a person's app in front of a manager. Also, some who apply via the pilot app procedure are given the opportunity to interview for a professional instructor vice line job with a flow-through agreement at the end of three years. There's actually a pretty steady, although not large, turnover with these guys going to the line. Regardless of how your app gets in front of the training managers, it's exactly the same interview process as for line guys. Hope this helps.
