Insurance provider when we were FPA

I talked to Harvey Watt billing rep last week. She said there were about 600 of us that ALPA didn't pay the bill for last month and notices would be coming in the mail. She said to just send a check when you get the notice. Didn't sound like they were in the "cut em off" mode because the money wasn't there right away.

I think if ALPA tried to cancel all your insurance because of their mistake you would have a pretty good case with the lawyers considering they want us using them to pay the bill.

Lets see, I voted no, and got the letter this morning too.

Same here with the Harvey Watt Late Notice, I'm glad I'm not the only one. What the hell am I paying for each month -- I QUIT! The Union made sure to take my VEBA deduction though.

voted no and got letter from HW and ALPA today as well...glad my dues are being put to good use, but by who, I have no idea...

FalconJet I momentairly had an Angletonian view myself about my vote being tied into the dues mistake........and no letter from ALPA or Harvey Watt.

FWIW,

I called them after I got the letter. They told me when they switched systems for the auto dues deductions they had some glitches with some deductions for June and that they were going to recoup both months at once. I asked, since we had such short notice to span it out or pay it in two payments vice one....long story short, I was told to shut up and color. Big $600 deduction for me this month.
