When the company handed over the NEW contract to the NC last year...I bet BC and the guys turned straight to Section 3 and looked up their pay and didn't make it past there. (Sound familiar???)

Does anybody else not like training, period?

How are you getting 9 hour of pay on a days off unless your flying one of those MEM-SAN Diego -MEM pairings with a 16 hour layover? Take into account your travel, prep, readjustment time. Is it really just one day of work? You could 9 hours for the first day of training under the old system by just leaving an r-day in front of training without a buffer. I am glad to hear someone likes it. I will aknowledge that there are ways to manipulate the new system but they involve carryover and ultimately more productivity for the company.

4.5 x 2 days...sorry. Not even I, Ninja of not working, cannot get 9 hours of pay out of a sim.

Again--I am a control freak. I'll take control over dollars. That's just me...
