Default Updating UPS "on line" application

How does one update times / types / experience, etc. with UPS? I recieve the " no action required " message everytime I try to update the before mentioned.

If UPSCO considers all of the above variables so critical to have for employment (which I did have +), then why the heck would it lock you out!

To the guy in another post who has been "swimming" for 2 years. Conratulations on getting into the pool. If I were in your situation I would definately press your sponsor to find out what the heck is going on, although Dog from another thread said it may hurt to have anyone plug you to HR...go figure.

Clearly another inconsistency in the process at UPSCO. Foul!

Freight Dog addressed this in another thread....

Mine says Active and complete, but there's also a select Icon at the end that lets me get back into it where I can update it. Is that weird because a lotta people are saying they can't update theirs? Also their was a large section for flight times, is that the flight time supplement or is there an e-mail I should also get?

Chuck,

When "active" you can update the info and even post a resume file. The flight time section should have a header that reads something like flight time supplement. It sounds like your app not only made the computer happy, but should also kick you psych test when the random number generator/system gets ready to kick you up to a call from HR for an interview. Make sure your spam blockers allow anything from an "@ups.com" email address. If the test link doesn't work on one email system, forward it to another and try it from there.

Good luck!

On the app I entered my times under the section "Flight crew application supplement (v 2.0)" Is that the flight time supplement?

Yes. And once you hit the "Submit" button there is no update allowed, until you reapply the next year. You can go back and it seems you are changing/updating your app, but you are not. It is scored the moment you hit submit and thats it. Got that straight from HR and thats what they told FDog as well.

Mine says exactly the same this - minus the flight time supp. I emailed them to ask for it - has anyone else done the same and actually received it? I assume then that my app has not been submitted to the pile?

Yes, people have gotten it when they email. I guess it's not complete until the flight time supplement is done.
