Fricking amazing....
It's like he is an illusionist. |
Captain "Quotation Mark"
Does "zero" come up with these moronic "motivational ideas" on his own, or does he have "help"?
If he's going to send out info on the "failures", the least he could do is include how many "successful" service deliveries were made "system-wide" during the same timeframe. He should also include "service failures" that were not due to "crew-controlled" circumstances. Then maybe he'd see the ridiculousness of "highlighting" crew-related service failures. |
"He should also include "service failures" that were not due to "crew-controlled" circumstances.
Then maybe he'd see the ridiculousness of "highlighting" crew-related service failures." Or how about how many service failures were saved by the pilots going above and beyond to get the product there on time when mx and wx issues should have held them up? |

As for being 12.......not in a long time. I took your post to be in absolute support of the recent 'O Gram'. I have no problem posting stats indicating failures due to wx, engine failures (apparently the boeing has had two lately), missed dh's -- both scheduled and unscheduled, etc., but this recent email does not contain any relevant info. I do not know the secret handshake and/or code to ascertain its (true) meaning. BTW, wasn't one of the engine failures a divert to BNA??

Once again an "O"gram causes more confusion than provide substantial info. If for educational purposes, who exactly was educated with this info? Anybody that was educated, please enlighten me as to how we as a crew force can use this to enhance our performance in the future. And "don't fly BNA or Panama trips" doesn't count as education.

I dont understand the latest O Gram about this crew related service failure stuff. In my ten years at FedEx I have never seen a delay of any kind that was the crews fault.
