You hit the nail on the head! Let's also include flying in sweats and sweatshirts on those loooooong haul flights. How about space positive commercial tickets when you get caught in a bind and a travel bank if you save the company on an airlines ticket is yours for the ride home so you don't have to jumpseat! Yep, boxes and hazmat for me.

Are you admitting that you jumpseat when you have a scheduled commercial deposition flight in order to bank your commercial ticket money? If so, that's against every jumpseat agreement out there and if you are caught, not only you, but your company is at grave risk of losing your reciprocal agreements.

OMG!

Chill out Francis!

He is saying that if you have a commercial ticket, you DON'T have to jumpseat home, that's all.

Default When I miss people

When I miss people, I remember my last scheduled deadhead. Crowded boarding area, Wal-Mart shopping bag for carry on crowd, grumpy f/a, overpriced food, etc, etc

He's talking about having some money in your deviation bank and buying a ticket home!

For those who are slow on the uptake.. I can have a trip that has $500 in the deviation bank to get in position. I find a ticket to get to the trip for $250. I now have $250 left in my bank.

When I finish the trip I can now buy a ticket home (instead of jumpseating) and as long as the ticket is less than $250 I am golden.

So instead of jumpseating I am actually buying a ticket on that airline and providing them revenue!

Relax, Mr Nazi Jumpseat Guy, before the Bud Light guys make a commercial about you.

If I ever carry another "paying" passenger again, it will be too soon.... may God bless all of you who have to do it. Don't miss the pax one bit, but we did have a million dollar throughbred race horse, and a cute little lab pup on the trip to Incheon last week, it was a regular "dog & pony" show.

What's a passenger? And for that matter, what's a flight attendant?

Chill out Francis!

What FlyByCable meant to say was "if you touch my stuff, I'll kill ya".
