Got mine in the mail on WED 11/7.

Small 3-ring binder format (black). Similar in size to previous coil-ring version.

There is a web-based "changes" guide on the website as well -- decent review of recent changes. Go to VIPS -- Manuals. Click "revision highlights".

Ok everybody. If you have not gotten your new FOM yet, what is the first step? Who( or whom ) do you call?:confused:

Last FCIF on this was pretty specific. I would just check FCIF's under keyword FOM. Any attempt to recreate here, would not do it justice. You also have to go to two places in VIPS anyway.

I guess I was just being lazy.

On another note, it seems that only half of us read the FCIFs....many times someone seems absolutely clueless on things that have been beaten to death recently by FCIF.....I am not castigating, it's just something I don't understand.

Maybe they are out on a long vacation and/or time off period and don't read the FCIF's until they come to work....which is probably a good idea that I should adopt I would enjoy my time off more.....

Like I said, I am really not trying to be sanctimonious....Kind of like the guy who didn't know what STV was on the crew bus....I really just don't know how that happens.
