Massive amount of disputes to deal with. Hopefully the delay will serve to improve some of the scrubbed pairings.

The situation is so bad now that the SIG initially disputed 114 MEM MD11 lines for December! Let me repeat that -114 lines! The Company agreed to fix some of them, and some further compromises may be achieved as time goes on. But nevertheless, whatever the eventual outcome (and I'm sure the Company will do some fancy footwork to keep this information from surfacing), this should be a clear wakeup call to all as to what is transpiring and unchecked, what can happen in the future.

Its OK because we got A380 pay rates in the contract.::rolleyes:

Weren't we just told in a campaign email that this was possible the best contract ever?

Last year I believe the december bid packs did not have city layovers in the line descriptions. That was real convenient.

I'm ready!

I have assumed the position and begun drinking mass quantities. God Speed to you all! ( or should I say "all ya all's"?)

Lines vs Pairings?

Was that 114 lines disputed or 114 pairings disputed? Just wondering....I thought the SIG only disputed pairings. Either way that's a lot...we just need to not fly them once they go into open time.

Pairings are disputed - NOT lines. The PSIT builds most of the lines from the remaining POS pairings that have been through the optimizer and didn't survive the dispute process. All the disputed pairings are set aside during the build and dumped into open time prior to the view/add window.

Block display

The block displays for December are in the computer.

i.e., Block xx for Airbus MEM Dec07 may be viewed in VIPS. Some of the SIBA lines show 4 digit pairing numbers. Hopefully FastBid will work!
