What like a 1 oz. espresso for 3.50 Euros at a quaint little Brassery? Should I stick out my pinky when I drink it? I used these examples because there is no way to compare a locally-owned product with a US counterpart. 95% of the time I eat in local establishments and I wouldn't call them cheap. I had dinner in Cologne and it was 48 Euros or almost $75. Dinner in Paris at some of the usual aircrew hangout places runs about 34 Euros which is now $51. Sure I can go eat a Doner Kabob in Germany or a crepe in Paris but how many times do you want to do that?

I'm in! Except we'll need more than a six pack...
