Depending on your situation (wife, kids) an RFT is almost mandatory for anyone who has achieved any kind of net worth. It insures no Probate and ‘Death Taxes’ for your loved ones.

The LLC almost makes you Teflon coated and bullet proof from creditors, litigation crazed attorneys AND the IRS. Instead of filing Individual returns at a higher rate, you file as a corp., at MUCH lower rates.

My opinion, based upon what the attorney says. Get legal info from a bone fide shyster. <g>

RFT will not avoid all taxes, just reduce some, which is a worthwhile goal.

Eliminating Probate Court is a HUGE plus.

Shyster? No comment, but I do recall the old shark professional courtesy joke.
