That's strange. I used it this month (Dec) and it worked OK. Maybe try registering again or shoot an email to them saying you're having problems.

The problem is, I can't find an email address to contact.

Given my performance finding Brenda's email address for the vacation swap, I'm sure it's somewhere near the top of the page in flashing red letters, but I have a short attention span.
