Cashing In: On December 22, FedEx Express President and CEO David Bronczek exercised 43,620 stock options at a purchase price of $19.3438 per share, costing him a total of $843,776. That same day, Mr. Bronczek sold 53,620 shares of FedEx stock at prices ranging from $104.50 to $104.92 per share, or a total of $5.6 million. Total net profit for Mr. Bronczek in one day of FedEx stock option grabs: $4.76 million.


How's this make you FredEx guys who are still hung up in protracted negotiations feel?

I try to avoid getting wrapped up in feelings and emotions about the whole thing - - it is, after all, a business transaction.
