Fellow Jurassic Jet Setters,

A first hand comment about these pairings... Long story short, last month, we were scheduled for a 36 hour layover, but the DH crew got stuck in D-Trash because of that nasty snow storm that stretched from NY to MEM (obviously, no snow in MEM). Anyway, we ended up getting our layover cut short and came back that same day.

HOLY TWICESKUNKEDDOG SHIZZLE!!! That sucked worse than the time that I... I..I mean a friend passed out drunk from too much tequila and woke up in a Mexican jail with no pants on!!

I know it doesn't look that bad on paper, and there certainly is NO excuse to pick up a DP, but this on MUST get fixed. Don't touch it, even with your neighbor's 10 foot pole.

Yours in Mourning loss of the 36 hours in YOW,

TSD

Some of these are already showing up on pilot's March calendars. Can't think of a justifiable reason for the to be there this early, unless scheduling is now assigning them to R weeks in advance. Appears that they may have been requested on VTO lines.

To check them out, go to 727 open time and click the trip and you see crew members already assigned in other seats. When you check their calendars, some have more than one DP on their Mar sched.....

You know what Snoop Dog would say about that??

"That's some Bull Shizzle!!"

Here's a link for a settlement concerning DPs on VTOs which would be the only way they could assign the trip unless they specifically requested the trip... And if they did, well to quote an Air Assault Instructor of mine, "You tied it... You ride it!!"

Trust me... Rope burn in the crotch is a tough way to learn a lesson...
