Default FDX: MagicWebFX problems

Just wondering if any FDX folks that use Magic Web are having any problems with the latest version (55) because I sure am...basically, after the initial log-in when I try to check open time later or try to run the mobile device feed, the program locks up during the relog-in sequence. I've contacted support (Charlie), but none of his suggestions have worked. I've even removed and reinstalled the program but still no joy. Any advice would be much appreciated as April's open time is rapidly approaching...

Don't know if this helps, but I've found it will lock up if I have another window open and logged on to Fedex. Just downloaded all the DP's in anticipation of the feeding frenzy tonight...

Yeah, I found that too, however, even if I just have Explorer open in another window it locks up, which is really annoying. It also locks up if I'm running the mobile device feed at 10 minute intervals. Never had these problems with the old program but I guess that version is no longer supported as I can't seem to be able to auto download the DP's anymore. Back to writing them down on a post it sticky. Very frustrating

Default Same Problem

I have had the same problem. Locks up during the log-in or during the initial attempt to get open time or run the mainframe routine. I closed all windows and it normally worked on the second attempt. Not quite as pure as earlier versions. I don't use mobile feeds, no data there.

Default Problem Found!

I found the problem today!! The detailed explanation of the problem helped. Apologies for not finding it earlier. Updated version now available.

Should work on a MAC using a Windows XP emulator.

As far as purity goes, the scripting language has been updated and those changes seem to be producing some intermittent AutoIt errors. Trying to stamp them out as they popup, so Email me when you find them.

FlybyKnite,

Looks like you fixed it! You are the heat. Downloaded to 2 of my computers and log-on for open time and mainframe worked like a champ. Thx!
