D@mn, have to agree with you again JJ. Me, I'm just a cheap airline pilot who didn't want want to open my wallet when there was a company benefit to be used.
MaxKts is right too. There is no firm time limit; however, the sooner you report it means less verification is required to confirm the validity of the claim. I got a verification form from Segwick that had some necessary, but really strange questions on it. But I didn't have to fill it out since I submitted my claim within days of the incident.
