How to keep from getting bored on LHFs?

I agree PSP is the sh*t. nothin like entertaining the captain as i play Grand Theft Auto. A game that involves stealing cars, killing anyone you want for whatever reason and anyway you want, and becoming a hired hitman. You regain health by picking up a hooker umm doing your thing and watch your health increase but your money go down. Best part is after you finish you can run her over, beat her with a baseball bat, or just shoot her and get all your money back plus extra she had on her. Man what an awesome game.

You're a China Airlines 747 F/O and you're bored? How about playing "name the catering"? Last time I was at the morning buffet in Taipei, I was ohfer on everything with chinese writing in front of it. How about one point if you can tell if it's animal, vegetable or mineral and another in you can identify if it came from the ocean or land and 2 if you can name two of the vowels in it's name? Sounds fun, no?

To pass the time...
I usually wait until the senior guy is in the bunk then try to close it with him in it.
Let's see what else...make waypoints in the FMS that show up while I'm in the back on break.
Waypoints like: Let the F/O have the chicken.
Next time you take the first break
Light a match, next time you use the lav
Other activities we play are: Don you lifevest inside the plane and try to jump rope, moon other aircraft when they fly by, and finally "let's see if the landing gear really work at 40,000 feet".
Never a dull moment,
FF

If you've done more than one crossing in the Mighty Dog you know how to make the magenta lines disappear on the nav displays, just in time for the captain to come up from the bunk.
(TCAS mode, then run the range out to 160....)
