FDX retirements?

I'm not one to criticize grammar and typo's, but in this case the incorrect usage of then/than makes this sentence have a completely different meaning. I hope you meant "than".

Regulated Age (a federal term) does not equal Retirement Age (a contractual term).
It didn't before the law changed, it doesn't right now...and doesn't have to in the future.
We need to stand firm --- and take this off the table from the beginning --- just like we did when they wanted to talk about changes in our vacation rules.

I feel almost as good about that as I do the fact that DW says the 77 will pay the same as the 380. And that the LOA is as good as we could get. And that HKG will go senior.
I'm sure I missed a couple of other warm and fuzzies.
The A plan at 60 died on Dec 12th. Its just a matter of when we have the funeral.
Thanks again DW, Prater and APAAD.

I have always told new hires....."It is never cheaper to have time off than it is right now" Since tomorrow you will have a bigger pay rate. In my case, that may not always be true......due to what economists call an inverted yield curve.....If I get bumped back to a right seat, then it will be certainly really true that it will never be cheaper again to drop a trip.
I plan on spending plenty of time with the family......I need to have my head examined.......With gas at 4 bucks a gallon, possible downgrade, I have taken delivery of a new toy that requires spending time on another forum.....RV.net
Not as well built as my old racing sailboat, but it will be a little more comfortable to cruise the intracoastal.....and does 65 mph behind my truck......I can race my small boat now.

Don't you mean work 5 more years at half pay?
The rest of us get 5 more years at F/O or S/O pay. And we "get" to work to 65 just to get the captain years we would have had with retirement at 60.
