Default FDX - Monthly MU bidding question

During the Monthly MU bidding window do carry over hours into the next month count towards the limit for MU? Example, I am eligible for 74hrs CIA (68+6). If I request a trip with c/o, does the c/o portion count towards the 74hrs?

Yes, I have looked in the contract and probably missed it if its explained, and yes, I called futures and am awaiting a call back.

TIA

Did the system allow you to request the trip ? If so it may be allowed, I think the CIA input window does legality checks.

Curious as to the answer you get, this is a good question !

Just got a call back, the full value counts towards the value of eligible CIA. Example, there is a 75+CH trip in open time and I would NOT be able to be awarded that trip even though almost half of it is in the July bid month.

Thanks!

Same thing happen to me a couple of months back. I had 36 hours of make-up and found a nice trip at the end of the month with c/o. 30 hours fell in current bid month while another 30 fell into the next bid month. Logic would tell me that trip would be acceptable but the computer thinks otherwise. I think we should be able to choose a c/o trip.

Just another scheduling improvement to spend thousands of dollars on during the next contract
